Terms and Conditions

This competition is open to worldwide, with the exception of employees and their immediate families of all brands involved, its agents or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.

"The Promoter" refers to the four brands involved; SunDrift Store, Dead Fresh and Mosscapped, Olly Olly & Co.

Opening and closing dates will be announced in the post published to promote the competition. Entries submitted after this final closing date will not be included.

Prize(s) will be described on the post published to promote the competition and is non-transferable. There is no cash or other prize alternative. In the event of cancellations, there will not be a refund of the prize value.

No cash in lieu.

By entering into this competition, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.

To enter, you must follow all brands tagged in the post and leave a comment underneath 1 of the posts tagging 2 other accounts. 

Winners will be chosen at random from the draw from those who have correctly entered.

The full prize is valued at €300 and consists of: 

• Mosscapped: 2 x pendants + 1 pair of earrings
• Dead Fresh: 1 x pair of sunglasses + 1 embroidered beanie
• SunDrift Store: 1 x bum bag + 1 x beach towel
• Olly Olly & Co: 1 x Serena crop top with built-in sports bra

The draw will take place the day after the competition closes and the winner will be contacted through our Instagram DM to organise delivery of the prize.

1. The Promoter reserve the right to withdraw or amend this competition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control.
2. Decisions of the brands are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. The Promoter involved reserves the right to draw an alternative winner in the event that we believe that any winner has contravened any of these terms and conditions.
4. We reserve the right to draw an alternative winner in the event that no contact has been made within a 48 hour period.
5. We are not liable for any loss, damage or injury that might occur to the winner resulting from his or her acceptance of the promotion or prize.
6. Entry into this competition will be deemed to be a full and unconditional acceptance by the applicant of the Terms and Conditions of this competition. A failure to adhere to these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from the competition and, if applicable, forfeiture of the prize(s).
7. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions by participating in this competition.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to seek and issue publicity on behalf of the Entrants. By entering the promotion, the Entrants agree to participate in publicity as reasonably requested surrounding the promotion.
9. Proof of identity may be called for before the prize is awarded as a proof of age.
10. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, and release Facebook, Instagram or Twitter of any and all liability in relation to this promotion. You are providing your information to the promoter and not to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.
