Can I return my item and receive a refund?
Yes, if an item is damaged or faulty or you've simply changed your mind, we will refund the cost within 30 days of purchase.
How does the return process work?
If you would like to return your item please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your Order Number in the email. We will then verify if you are entitled to a refund and, if so, process it accordingly.
You will incur the cost of shipping the product back to us. We will let you know the address to post your item back to once you email email@example.com quoting your Order Number.
We can only refund an item once we have received it back and not beforehand. Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds are only made on the amount you paid for the item. If you purchased an item at a discounted rate, the discounted amount you paid will be refunded (i.e. not the full price).
Refunds can only be sent to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to that payment method, then you need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.
A refund usually takes 3 to 5 business days to be credited back to you. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).
