Staycation Competition

Terms and Conditions

This competition is open to Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of employees and their immediate families of all brands involved, its agents or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.

"The Promoter" refers to the six brands involved; SunDrift Store, The Textbook Travels, Reuzi, Blacksheep Van, Brewbox Coffee, The Irish Road Trip.

Opening and closing dates will be announced in the post published to promote the competition. Entries submitted after this final closing date will not be included.

Prize(s) will be described on the post published to promote the competition and is non-transferable. There is no cash or other prize alternative. In the event of cancellations, there will not be a refund of the prize value.

No cash in lieu.

By entering into this competition, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.

To enter, you must follow all brands tagged in the post and leave a comment underneath 1 of the posts tagging another account. An additional entry will be counted if the post is shared to your story (please note: only accounts that are public will be counted for this as we cannot review private stories)

Winners will be chosen at random from the draw from those who have correctly entered.

The full prize is valued at €1,414 and consists of:

• Blacksheep Val: 3 day camper rental 
• Brewbox Coffee: Aeropress, hand grinder and box of coffee
• The Textbook Travels: One to one video session (how to take the ultimate Instagram travel pics and their exclusive travel tips) + editing a highlight video of their road trip after the fact.

There are specific terms related to the Blacksheep Van prize of a 3 day camper van rental:

• Van cannot be used during high season of July & August.
• Van must be collected in Limerick.
• There is a minimum rental age of 21 years old with 2 years of licence.
• The winner will get a rental of the California Comfort, which sleeps 4 people (2 double beds) and is equipped with an indoor kitchen and stationary heating.
• A €2500 security deposit is required before the rental, as it is the case for all rentals, even free rentals.
• The number of kms allowed is 200km per day, so with the 3 days won that is 600kms in total.
• The winner will be able to purchase an insurance packs with Blacksheep Van if they wish.
• The winner will get 3 days for free. Extending the rental is not a problem but anything after the 3 free days will be the normal rental cost of the period.

There are specific terms related to The Textbook Travels prize of an edited video of your trip:

• Prize is subject to winner submitted content to The Textbook Travels.
• Video will be complete 4 weeks after winner submits their content.
• By submitting your content, you release the rights over the footage which can then be used by all brands involved.

The draw will take place the day after the competition closes and the winner will be contacted through our Instagram DM to organise delivery of the prize.

1. The Promoter reserve the right to withdraw or amend this competition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control.
2. Decisions of the brands are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. The Promoter involved reserves the right to draw an alternative winner in the event that we believe that any winner has contravened any of these terms and conditions.
4. We reserve the right to draw an alternative winner in the event that no contact has been made within a 48 hour period.
5. We are not liable for any loss, damage or injury that might occur to the winner resulting from his or her acceptance of the promotion or prize.
6. Entry into this competition will be deemed to be a full and unconditional acceptance by the applicant of the Terms and Conditions of this competition. A failure to adhere to these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from the competition and, if applicable, forfeiture of the prize(s).
7. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions by participating in this competition.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to seek and issue publicity on behalf of the Entrants. By entering the promotion, the Entrants agree to participate in publicity as reasonably requested surrounding the promotion.
9. Proof of identity may be called for before the prize is awarded as a proof of age.
10. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, and release Facebook, Instagram or Twitter of any and all liability in relation to this promotion.
